At Welsh Water we're not for profit – we’re the only water company of our kind in the UK. We don’t have shareholders. This means that we’re able to keep bills down and put every single penny we make straight back into looking after your water and beautiful environment – now, and for years to come.

We think it’s a much better way of doing things, allowing us to keep 3 million people healthy each day with safe, reliable water, and take away wastewater to clean, before returning it safely to our beautiful rivers and seas.

Our 3,000 colleagues are some of the most skilled and respected people in the industry. We work to serve customers in most of Wales, Herefordshire and communities along the English border, whether it’s our customer experience advisors helping customers with their bills, or sewer operatives unblocking our pipes.
