Training that matters

We don't think learning should stop after uni. That's why we've put together a graduate programme that gives you the skills to excel at Three and beyond, and we'll give you the tools and support to reach your full potential. You'll experience hybrid working life from home and our brand new head office in Reading and see first hand what makes Three tick. You'll work on daily tasks in your department, and you'll have CSR and business projects to tackle with your fellow graduates - there's always a fresh challenge around the corner. Our graduates will also experience opportunities to network and develop their abilities in teambuilding sessions (and of course have fun at special social events too). Some of our graduate roles also support you in gaining a professional qualification, such as CIMA or ACCA for our Finance graduates.
