Every year we offer a graduate scheme in project management and engineering. Our graduate opportunities are rotational programmes, allowing you to learn about our vast business from experts whilst carrying out real work on real projects.

Our recruitment process
The first stage of our recruitment process is an online application. Applicants need to submit their CV through the Telent website. Their application is then processed by a member of the Telent Acquisition Team.
The second stage is an online assessment. Candidates will be given a week to complete the assessment after the assessment has been arranged for them. The assessment shouldn't take any longer than half an hour.
The third stage is a video interview. Applicants will be asked a series of questions and will be given time to prepare their answer before recording their answer.
The final stage of our recruitment process is an Assessment Centre. This will be completed remotely and will consist of three elements: a competency-based interview, a solo activity and a group activity.

Telent also have Community Groups that are led by volunteers from around the business, and provide a place for colleagues to connect, support, and engage with one another. Currently there is a Pride at Telent Community, a Black Professionals Community, and future groups getting ready for launch.
We currently have a number of partnerships that help us to support a culture of ED&I. We support Transport for London’s (TfL) Women into Transportation and Engineering (WiTnE) initiative, the Young Rail Professionals (YRP), and a ‘Women in Leadership Development Programme’ with Raise the Bar.
