Our Training Programme is your chance to become a leader. To release your potential. To be part of something that matters.
Who we are

Mission
In a nutshell, what are the benefits of our graduate programme?
You’ll be in the classroom from next autumn, not just observing lessons but actually teaching them.
From your first day in the classroom you’ll earn a salary and earn a significant raise when you become a qualified teacher in your second year.
We’ll support you every step of the way with a Teach First expert, in-school mentor and university tutor.
You’ll finish the two years with a fully-funded, internationally-recognised PGCE.
Equity, diversity & inclusion
We’re all about fighting injustice. A vital part of the work we do is in increasing the representation of our teaching workforce to better reflect the UK population and the communities we serve.
As one of the largest education charities in the UK, we’ve launched multiple campaigns to help drive lasting change at a societal level. Our recruitment process ensures that no one is at a disadvantage because of their ethnicity, gender, sexuality, or background. And our teacher training has been developed to make sure all our programme members are prepared and educated on how to be inclusive teachers and leaders.
