Equality, Diversity & Inclusion
At RSK, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) is at the core of our global business. We're committed to creating an inclusive workplace where colleagues can bring their whole selves to work. As an accessible employer with an authentic approach, our dedicated EDI team and five employee-led networks empower active participation, shaping our culture. Our commitment extends beyond the workplace, providing education, shared spaces, and support to employees and their families.
Our employee networks
Our employee networks are organised around shared social identity, characteristics or life experiences, working together for a specific purpose. Each has an executive sponsor from our business leadership team to ensure that employee network voices are represented at the top level of management. As part of your RSK journey, you can join any of our networks or even start your own. Being part of a network is to be part of a community within our RSK family and gives you the opportunity to connect with others in the business whom you may not have otherwise met.
The Interview Process
Should all of the above excite you, and you find your dream role with us, we wanted to explain what to expect throughout the RSK interview process. Typically, you will be invited to attend your first interview with the person recruiting for the role. If successful at this stage, you may be required to attend a second interview. Please note that for some roles you may be required to complete a practical assessment or to deliver a presentation, which you will be given plenty of time to complete.
Because many of our employees work remotely, your interview could be conducted via Microsoft Teams, but there may be the opportunity to interview in person at one of our offices. At both stages, we will endeavour to let you know the outcome as soon as possible and to provide feedback, whether you are successful or not. As we are continually seeking to improve how we attract and recruit people to the RSK family, we also welcome feedback from candidates regarding the recruitment process.
At RSK, we are committed to continuing to be an inclusive employer of choice. One of the ways we achieve this is by removing any potential barriers to employment; this includes providing reasonable adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process to support people in accessing our career opportunities. We are here to ensure you have the best chance to showcase your skills and abilities for the role you’re applying for. If you require any adjustments or specific support during the application process, please let us know. We are dedicated to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for our candidates.
All applicants applying for positions within RSK will be required to disclose their eligibility to work status. Once an offer of employment has been made, you will be required to provide proof of your right to work, such as a passport or work visa.
