Our graduate, intern and summer intern programmes

As a graduate, whether you join us on our Business and Enterprise, or Engineering and Technology programme, you’ll have the flexibility to curate your own experience. You’ll develop your own understanding of the opportunities within our business before you specialise in an area of expertise. It’s all about growth, and how we can help you find the best fit.

Our 12-month internships offer a similar experience, and our 10-week summer internships provide a fantastic insight into our business and where you could fit.

For all programmes, you'll be aligned to one of our business areas: Civil Aerospace, Defence Innovation Hub, Group IT or Group Business Services.

Engineering and Technology

Depending on how long you’re with us you'll work across the Rolls-Royce product and service lifecycle, from innovation and concept development to design, testing, manufacturing and service support. You’ll work across areas such as Digital and Data, Electrical, Manufacturing, Design and Systems Integration.

You'll need (or be studying for) any STEM degree relevant to our work, or a joint honours degree combining a STEM subject with another like business or economics.

Business and Enterprise

This programme is all about potential. We're looking for our future leaders. Your experience will span areas as diverse as supply chain and strategy, innovation and commercial and contracts. This could include working with customers or supply chain, procurement or strategy.

We're open to degrees in any subject (achieved or studying for), but be sure to bring your passions and interests to the table, so that we can help you find the right fit.
