Application process
Stage One : Application form
Our application form is on a system called Applied which is designed to ensure a fair and transparent recruitment process. Each application is anonymised and scored question by question. Our online application form consists of some eligibility questions to ensure you are able to join our programme and then four questions which are designed to understand your motivation for wanting to join Moore Kingston Smith, the skills you have that are relevant to the role, what motivates you and your commercial awareness.
Stage Two: Online Testing
If you score well in the online application form you will be invited to complete an interactive online assessment which helps us understand your potential across applied numerical intellect, applied verbal intellect and your behaviours, through various multiple-choice questions. You’ll also be asked four video interview questions to help us understand your strengths. The assessment will be a very useful way for you to better understand yourself and gain insights into how to develop your skills, as you will receive a report after completing the assessment.
Stage Three: Assessment Centre
If you pass the first two stages, you will be invited to an assessment centre which will take place either online or in one of our offices. Once scheduled, you will be provided with an agenda for the day and guidance on how to prepare.
Stage Four: Partner Interview
The final stage will be an interview with a Partner based in the office you are being considered for. They will look to understand a little more about you, your motivations for wanting to join Moore Kingston Smith and where you can add value.
