Our recruitment process
Our application process invites you to showcase your potential against the key competencies we look for alongside how candidates display our Knight Frank values.
The process has 2 main stages: online application and assessment day.
Stage one: Online application
You'll submit an application form, a verbal and numerical assessment, and a short pre-recorded video interview.
This is your chance to tell us your story: share your work, life and academic experiences. Use your video interview to show passion for a career in property and some of the key competencies we look for.
Stage Two: Assessment Day
This is your chance to meet with Knight Frank partners. You’ll get a clear brief from our team, but here’s our tips to prepare for the day:
Whether you're from a property background or not, research into the industry: read up on property news and have example topics to share thoughts on.
Reflect on experiences and strengths you can share.
Most importantly, relax, be yourself, and let your passion for property and personal growth shine.
Culture and Values
Our culture goes beyond a passion for property. We champion the spirit of partnership and community — making sure everyone is supported to achieve their potential.
We encourage talented graduates to own their space. Owning your space means having confidence in what you can bring to the table. We believe individuality should be pioneered and difference celebrated.
A strong partnership is a balanced one. We're passionate about making our business inclusive and diverse. We're committed to giving each and every individual the space and opportunity to perform at their best and be recognised for the immense value they bring.
Our values are the driving force that propel our business forwards: we value the individual, collaborate to succeed, make the difference, and commit to partnership.
We want to empower everyone to have autonomy in their role and use their voice in how we can make a positive impact on the future landscape of real estate, the built environment and communities it serves.
Equality and Diversity
The importance of being an inclusive organisation where everyone has a voice is at the heart of our business. As a partnership we are defined by our people and we are committed to creating a balanced and inclusive business which gives people the opportunity to perform at their best and be recognised for the individual value they bring. To ensure we attract, recruit, promote and retain people from a diverse talent pool we have developed a range of initiatives to create opportunities for a broader group of leaders for the future.
