The programme is designed to deliver the next generation of skilled senior tax professionals. We’re looking for people who are your enthusiastic about tackling complex issues, problem solving, interacting with people, and analysing information. Successful applicants begin with work relating to several different tax compliance areas, giving you a strong foundation of experience. There’ll be three to four years of hands-on professional tax training and academic study.

Your learning will be a mix of personal study, tutorials, mentor support, advice and supervision, but at the same time you’ll get early responsibility and increasingly challenging assignments to develop the knowledge and skills needed to be an effective senior tax professional.

Whilst on the programme you could get involved in opportunities such as, preparing a tax avoidance case for tribunal, drafting a referral to government policy experts or consulting on international taxation dilemmas.
