Our products are used in major infrastructure projects including; the construction of roads, bridges, tunnels, windfarms and commercial schemes, as well as to build homes, schools and hospitals. The materials and products we make underpin our communities and have been used to create some of the country’s most innovative and iconic structures – from The Shard and the Olympic Park to Heathrow Terminal 5, the Second Severn Crossing and the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome, Glasgow.

We operate around 300 manufacturing sites in the UK and employ over 3,500 people in a wide range of roles from production workers, plant operators, technicians and drivers to sales, IT, engineering and finance managers. We are part of the Heidelberg Cement Group, one of the largest building materials manufacturers in the world, which employs around 45,000 people at 2,300 locations in 40 countries.
