From helping the organisation that’s created a COVID-19 vaccine, to organising an international, digital festival at a Magic Circle law firm, Grayce empowers graduates to drive their own development and reach their potential. We offer three-year development programmes which fast-track your career in change and transformation, data or technology.

Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process has 3 stages. Once you have submitted your application, a member of our Talent team will shortlist your application and arrange a 1st stage interview with you.

After this your second stage interview will be booked in. At this stage you will interview with 2-3 members of our HQ team, who work across various departments. They will ask you to present a presentation that you have prepared in advance and ask you questions about your suitability to the development programme.

If successful at this stage, you will be given a conditional offer and we will begin to showcase your CV to our various clients. The clients you are introduced to will depend on location, projects available, and sector preference. Once you have interviewed with a client and been successful, we will present you with a formal offer and discuss a start date with you.
