Research
Glion collaborates with external partners in the private and public sectors on applied, consultancy and community projects. We use our research outcomes to inform our curriculum, as well as hospitality education in general. We focus on four thematic areas – hospitality and tourism, luxury brand management, reputation management, and hospitality education and development. We have faculty board membership to the EuroCHRIE Conference, while our students have collaborated on research with leading industry figureheads, including Nestle, Kempinski and Accor.
