When partnering with customers and delivering solutions, our colleagues typically operate under one of our two specialist recruitment brands – Matchtech and Barclay Meade.

Matchtech is an engineering recruitment specialist, with over 35 years of experience in successfully matching engineering professionals with hiring employers in sectors across the engineering industry, all over the world.

Barclay Meade are our professional staffing specialists, providing permanent, interim and consultancy recruitment services across commercial management, finance & accountancy, HR, procurement, sales & marketing and supply chain management.

Applying to work with us

Here’s a quick outline of what comes next, and what to expect:

Application: Follow the link to our website to start your journey! We’ll only ask you for the key information we need - there’s no lengthy questions or forms to complete.

A call with one of our friendly Internal Recruiters: Once you’ve applied, we’ll arrange some time for a call with one of our team, to help us find out more about you. On the call, we’ll ask you about the skills and experiences you’d bring to our business as a new colleague. We’ll also ask you some competency and situation questions, to give you a clearer idea about the job and what to expect.

An interview with a hiring manager: If you’re successful here, we’ll invite you to your local office to meet some of our hiring community, and experience our office culture first hand. If you need any additional support or reasonable adjustments , let our team know so that we can make your experience as comfortable and accessible as possible. You’ll have the chance to showcase yourself through a formal competency and situation interview – we’ll let you know what to expect ahead of the day.

Your Employment Offer and Induction : We’ll let you know within 48 hours if you’ll be offered a position with us, and will agree your start date from there. You’ll get started in our training Academy induction alongside other new joiners, where you’ll learn all about your new job, our organisation, and how you can craft your own professional journey here!
