Environmental Social Governance Intern (Hybrid)

As European ESG intern (Environmental – Social – Governance), your role will be focused on assisting the Associate Director Ethics & Compliance Director appointed as European ESG project lead in the implementation, management and monitoring of the European ESG roadmap across Otsuka Pharmaceutical Europe Ltd and its affiliates.

This experience will also allow you to interact with different internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal representatives, Procurement & Supply Chain teams, etc.) and to develop hard and soft skills related to presentation, project management and understanding of compliance requirements applicable to ESG topics.

Finally, the ESG intern will have the opportunity to interact on a regular basis with employees from different countries and develops his/her understanding of local countries requirements and specificities associated to ESG topics.

Key Responsibilities & Decisions

• Support the EU ESG Project Lead in the implementation of the EU ESG Roadmap across Europe (e.g., taking minutes of meetings, organising meetings and workshops with ESG ambassadors, participating in the organisation of the annual ESG face-to-face meeting, etc.).
• Assisting the ESG Ambassadors in their EU / local activities when necessary (e.g. participating in EU / Local ESG workshops, providing them information, maintaining the ESG Teams Groups, etc.).
• Participating in the preparation of the relevant documentation associated to ESG topics (e.g., slide decks, internal and/or external reports, communications, etc.)
• Assist in CSRD requirements and liaise closely with OHD/OHE on EU wide implementation.

Education Requirements

Minimum of 4 GCSE’s

A Levels

Currently in 2nd or final year of degree
