1. CV and Online Application - you will be required to complete a short application form to give us more information on yourself and your motivation for joining DWS.
2. Online Tests and Video Interview – subject to passing the online screening stage, you will be invited to complete a series of online tests, followed by an online interview. This interview aims to learn more about you and gauge your interest in joining the Graduate or Internship Programme at DWS.
3. Final Interview or Assessment Centre – this is the final stage of the recruitment process. You will be invited to prepare to attend either a virtual Final Interview or a virtual Assessment Centre.
4. Decision – you can expect to receive your outcome and feedback within approximately two weeks.
