By rotating round different areas of the business, I have been able to gain an insight into how trains are designed, manufactured, and maintained in service. I have also been trusted to deliver, in every rotation, where my work has an impact on real trains and the service we deliver to our customers.

If you can think of an idea to improve current processes, analytics, service delivery or train maintainability, then you will be supported on that journey. We regularly get the chance to present our achievements to management, giving fantastic visibility and chances for future opportunities. I thoroughly recommend it.
