We are incredibly proud to say we are London’s only major firm of Residential Chartered Surveyors and the only Estate and Lettings Agent in the UK who is an Employer Provider able to provide nationally recognised development programmes and industry-specific qualifications - along with a variety of on the job coaching that has made us so successful.

At the Dexters Academy, our Estate Agency Development Programmes form the first step of our ‘spend your career with us’ culture, demonstrating our commitment to professionalism within our industry - attracting, developing and retaining the best talent.

We love to see our colleagues succeed and develop their careers with us. Our people learn on the job, led by our talented managers and their teams. Supporting this fantastic training is our Dexters Academy providing industry and nationally recognised qualifications including apprenticeships, Propertymark for sales and lettings, IRPM for property and block management and memberships to the RICS.
