Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions (EDDS): This team offers a unique opportunity to build the digital connection with our prospects and customers! We drive innovation, delivering products and platforms across the entire lifecycle of Cardmember partnership, partnering with other Business Units and Centres of Excellence, advancing our goal of becoming an essential part of our customers’ digital lives! Enterprise Digital Member Experiences team is responsible for deepening Card Member engagement through our digital experiences, with a primary focus on Membership mobile app, web, commerce and push channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product teams to identify the case for new products or modifications to existing products.
  • Assists in the creation of the product backlog and ensures alignment with the overall product roadmap.
  • Partner with key collaborators (engineering, design, etc…) to develop, test and deliver the defined capabilities and rapidly iterate new solutions.
  • Identify risks, challenges, opportunities, and business integration needs.
  • Researches, develops, and delivers presentation updates and reporting for Leadership.
  • Develop robust data management, data governance, data integration and data quality processes by leveraging outstanding technology and design thinking.
  • Find innovative techniques and solutions to solve business problems at scale and enhance productivity.
  • Manage world class data products by partnering with enterprise teams including Technology, Design and End-Users to enable build of new products, solutions and improvement of existing assets.

Skills/Experience

  • Demonstrated interest in digital technologies and customer focused design
  • Independent problem-solver who’s organized, has great attention to detail, and can multi-task
  • Great analytical, problem-solving/quantitative skills. Ability to extract key themes and messages to communicate the overall story and drive decisions.
  • Proficient in analytical and presentation tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications required
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently with complex, unstructured initiatives
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and drive innovation

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program with a graduation date between December 2024 and July 2025.
  • Experience/Knowledge in Product Management or Agile Methodologies a plus
